From bicycles to Biplanes, Glenn Curtiss was an innovator. Have fun exploring the history and workings of the technology that Curtiss took part in creating. The Children's Innovation Gallery was installed in 1985 in memory of Farnham and Gladys Shaw.
The center features three separate areas to explore:
Explore how and why we invent new technology, then try to find a better way to do or make something.
Get moving with this look at engines, speed records, and how we might get around in the future.
Just how does an airplane stay in the air? Find out about the principles and people that make up the story of aviation.

When the little ones need a break, we have the perfect spot. Lots of building blocks and sturdy toys stock a secure area for toddlers to let off a little extra energy.
